We recently hired REAL Roofing and Construction, led by Jason Shook, to replace our old siding with Hardie, repair rotting fascia boards, and paint the exterior of our home—and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. If anyone is looking for a roof company that has a ton of PATIENCE Jason Shook with Real Roofing & Construction is that individual. I know there is a myth (LOL) that woman ask a ton of questions. Well, I'm that one that has 25 more than the average one and he was basically there to answer them all each and every time. I've worked with Jason the last 2 plus years trying to get a new roof replacement and my insurance carrier denied me each year. Ultimately, I had to pay for it out of pocket but Jason was there during the entire process. Jason offered the detailed/specific information that I needed far as the process of how the roof installation process works, materials, etc. During my first in person appointment with Jason I felt at ease, that he was an honest, genuine person and he lived true to that throughout the entire process and offered a fair a reasonable price for the replacement. I have no doubt that if I should ever need another roof replaced or someone request a referral Jason will be the one I recommend. Thank you, Jason, for dealing with me and my 1,000 questions. 😊

We highly recommend REAL Roofing and Construction! We had a great experience on our roof replacement. We appreciated working with one of the owners, Jason. He was so personable, knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of our many questions. He worked directly with the insurance adjuster on inspection day, and guided us through the insurance claims process. The crew finished our roof replacement in just 1 day and took great care to protect our landscaping and ensure our yard was cleaned up after they were finished. Once all was said and done, we are very happy with the service we received and workmanship of Jason and the REAL Roofing team!
