We recently hired REAL Roofing and Construction, led by Jason Shook, to replace our old siding with Hardie, repair rotting fascia boards, and paint the exterior of our home—and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, Jason and his team were kind, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. They worked quickly and efficiently without cutting corners, and the quality of their craftsmanship really shows. Our home looks refreshed and well cared for, thanks to their excellent work. We were also impressed by how affordable the entire project was. REAL Roofing delivered great value without sacrificing quality. If anyone is looking for a roof company that has a ton of PATIENCE Jason Shook with Real Roofing & Construction is that individual. I know there is a myth (LOL) that woman ask a ton of questions. Well, I'm that one that has 25 more than the average one and he was basically there to answer them all each and every time. I've worked with Jason the last 2 plus years trying to get a new roof replacement and my insurance carrier denied me each year. Ultimately, I had to pay for it out of pocket but Jason was there during the entire process. Jason offered the detailed/specific information that I needed far as the process of how the roof installation process works, materials, etc. During my first in person appointment with Jason I felt at ease, that he was an honest, genuine person and he lived true to that throughout the entire process and offered a fair a reasonable price for the replacement. I have no doubt that if I should ever need another roof replaced or someone request a referral Jason will be the one I recommend. Thank you, Jason, for dealing with me and my 1,000 questions. 😊

We highly recommend REAL Roofing and Construction! We had a great experience on our roof replacement. We appreciated working with one of the owners, Jason. He was so personable, knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of our many questions. He worked directly with the insurance adjuster on inspection day, and guided us through the insurance claims process. The crew finished our roof replacement in just 1 day and took great care to protect our landscaping and ensure our yard was cleaned up after they were finished. Once all was said and done, we are very happy with the service we received and workmanship of Jason and the REAL Roofing team!
Houston rain shows us we need people like Jason. Had a leak from the other nights soaking rain, after trying two contractors who didn’t return my calls, I sent an email to Jason. Not only did I get a quick response, my leak was fixed faster than I could have hoped. Highly recommend!
Jason and his team did an outstanding job. As a contractor myself, I was impressed with his initial presentation and the quality of the services they offered. Our roof damage was clearly a full replacement, but State Farm denied our claim and only offered a "repair". Under Jason's guidance, he recommended a great public adjuster that helped expedite our claim. This allowed us to proceed with the claim and get everything we we were asking for. This was followed up with a high quality installation. Jason and his team effectively communicated all aspects of the installation and logistics associated with it. They arrived on time and finished earlier than expected. These guys are the real deal, use them with confidence!

Jason did a great job, took pictures and sent them to me so that I could see the damage before and the work after. Very reasonably priced and professional yet friendly.
Dennis and his team were great. They stayed in communication on status and handled the interactions with my insurance company which i appreciated as i am not a roof expert and did not want to have to coordinate. Overall i would recommend them and actually already have them coming back to handle my claim in my rental home!
Repaired a stubborn roof leak. Actually recommended and tried least expensive fix first, a rare quality and much appreciated. When leak returned, a full repair was done including underlayment, shingles, and replacement of the flashing which was incorrectly installed by the last roofing contractor. All done at a VERY fair price. Owner was more than responsive and easy to work with. My go-to roofing company for any future needs, recommend them 100%.
Real Roofing replaced the roof on my brother’s house and also repaired interior damage that was caused by the old leaking roof. Jason Shook, an owner in the company, was absolutely outstanding to work with. He worked very closely with the insurance adjuster regarding our claims, kept us informed every step of the way, did great work, and provided drone video of the completed roof. I would not hesitate to use Real Roofing for any future roof work I might need and I highly recommend them.
I had the opportunity to work with Dennis earlier this year for replacement of our roof. Twice my insurance company had rejected to fix our roof damages saying its not as bad. But Dennis looked at our roof and did a detailed report highlighting all issues and problematic areas which the insurance company could not deny our claim. Dennis's team then was able to fix our roof, gutters & other damages and did a very good job with it. All the best to Dennis and his team to continue the great work!
It took me so much asking around and so long to find the perfect roofer but it was worth the effort because I found it. So look no more, REAL Roofing is the real deal!! Jason worked everything out with our insurance, our claim got denied the first time and he called and got our roof reinspected. He was here the second time around. He wasn’t at the first inspection because the first inspector didn’t give me a heads up of the time he was coming 😠 so I could not tell Jason. Well, for the second inspection he made sure the inspector didn’t miss a thing and we got our claim approved!!! I mean… he went above an beyond. By the time of the installation, he was here the whole time, supervising the guys, the workers didn’t finish the first day and left a few things on the floor, we told him not to worry about it… well, he stayed and cleaned up even though the workers were coming the next day to finish up the job and clean up. I haven’t hired anybody this professional in years. Super happy with our new roof!! I would recommend to a friend!! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jason is the most thorough contractor we’ve ever done business with. We hired his team to install a new roof after a bad hail storm and it looks awesome. He met with our insurance claims adjuster on our behalf and always kept us well informed. Their crew finished our roof replacement in 1 day and took great care to protect our landscaping and ensure our yard was cleaned up after they were finished. Jason also provided status updates and drone pictures throughout the roof installation and during his post-install inspection. He persistently communicated with my insurance company to ensure that I received every dollar due. He was there from start to finish and kept us updated throughout the whole installation. Hiring Real Roofing and Construction to fix my home from storm damage was the best decision I ever made. Not only do I have a fabulous new roof and shiny new gutters Jason coordinated repair for all my interior water damage from the ceiling and walls to the windows. In addition, he helped navigate the Claims process with my insurance company, so it was super easy. His team is meticulous, punctual, and professional. His attention to detail far exceeds any other contractor I’ve ever worked with before. Trust me. It’ll be the best decision you ever make too.
Real Roofing was a great choice. Jason kept me well informed through the whole process. The crew finished my roof in one day and even a little early. The clean up was excellent, except for the new roof we could t even tell they had been there.
We're so glad we chose Real Roofing. We needed a new roof due to a hail storm. Asher was able to come out quickly, and he also coordinated meeting with the insurance adjustor. Throughout the process, Asher was easy to work with and responsive. He guided us in choosing a great color for our roof, and the quality is better than our previous roof. Professional On Time Quality
We choose Real Roofing to replace our roof after damage from a recent hail storm. Asher understood our time constraints, because we were selling our home and needed the roof completed in a short time frame. Asher agreed to coordinate the work needed from other contractors (windows and screens), and so that was a big help. Jason was also very professional and helpful. We are so pleased with our new roof and recommend Real Roofing.

Real Roofing was amazing!! They were professional and courteous. They started at sun up and stayed until dark to make sure our roof was installed before rain the next day. They cleaned up and hauled off all the debris. Jason took the time to go over all our options and walk us through the process. I would definitely recommend Real Roofing!!
